REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS
SOUPS
Reheat soups over medium heat until just about boiling. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve Chilled Cucumber Soup cold.
MAINS
CRABCAKES W/ CHAMP, ROASTED CABBAGE + REMOULADE
Heat a skillet and 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Form potatoes into a patty. Cook 2 1⁄2 minutes, flip, and cook 2 1⁄2 minutes. Set aside. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan. Cook crabcakes 2 minutes on each side. Set aside. Add cabbage to pan and cook 1 1⁄2 minutes.
SWEET POTATO KOFTA W/ RICE PILAF, SAUTEED BEET GREENS + CILANTRO MINT YOGURT
Heat a skillet and 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add kofta. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Set aside. Add 2 teaspoons oil to pan, then rice. Cook 1 1⁄2 minutes. Set aside. Add beet greens to pans and cook 1 1⁄2 minutes.
