REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS

SOUPS

CHILI LIME JACKFRUIT W/ RICE + BEANS + GRILLED PINEAPPLE

Reheat Corn Chowder over medium heat until close to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Serve both Gazpachos cold.

MAINS

Heat a skillet and 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat. Add rice and beans and cook 2 1⁄2 - 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Set aside. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pan, then add jackfruit. Cook 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

PEANUT NOODLE SALAD W/ COCONUT CURRY TOFU

Toss w/ dressing and serve cold.

GRAINS + GREENS W/ ROASTED TOMATO + BALSAMIC TEMPEH
